What are the limitations of SCA and how industry can tackle them?

There is currently certain limitation of SCA eg. one of the most important threats faced under SCA is related to building interfaces and infrastructures for SCA adoption and be compliant with RTS. Due to lack of (further) interface standardization in the RTS will lead to market fragmentation, hampering innovation /competition. In the end this may potentially limit consumer choice, user friendliness and the creation of a digital single market. In addition, they’re certain exemptions of SCA which can pose a threat allowing fraudsters to attack those channels of payments which have been exempted. How industry is placed to tackle these limitations?
