Chris is the Researcher, consultant and communicator specialising in all things digital banking; from proposition development and optimisation, to responding to competitive threats and assessing the impact of new technologies. He leads Mapa’s consulting practice, which supports major financial brands in the UK, Europe and North America to critically review their digital strategies and optimise the services they deliver to customers.

Chris is fascinated by the power rising fintechs have to create real competitive threats to traditional financial institutions, whilst ultimately improving user experiences for the consumer. After 5 years of researching within the financial industry, Chris specialises in proposition development and optimisation, responding to competitive threats and assessing the impact of new technologies.
